“In awe of the beauty in the fragility of our world”

Daisy Embury (1997) is U.K. based, Fine Artist & Oil Painter, “In awe of the beauty in the fragility of our world”. She has been oil painting since she was twelve, with her subject matter moving between both humans, and nature. Over the past few years, her oil paintings have brought them together as one. Through botanicals, she transforms personal and shared human experiences into art, bridging the gap in our relationship with nature. She captures the beauty in the fragility, and shines a light on the details we often overlook.

She has lived in different places and countries, each shaping both her personal and creative growth. Her deep fascination with the craftsmanship in old Renaissance paintings during University London, briefly led her to study at the Florence Academy of Arts. She then ended up spending three and a half years in beautiful New Zealand, taking on some commissions as she travelled, and exploring new curiosities within its breathtaking nature and culture.

She then became Personalisation Expert and Artist for Louis Vuitton, Melbourne, which consisted of Bespoke Personalisation, Hand-painting Luxury pieces and Trunk Designs, both live in store and at events. Through her reconnection to creativity, her own creative ideas were born, and she is now back in her birth country, The United Kingdom, working on making these come to life. She also continues independently, working on bespoke commissions, and luxury pieces.
